Practitioner/apothecary communication taken care of for you so you can receive your custom formulations timely and with ease
Follow-Up Herbal Consultation

Follow-ups are the cornerstone of making progress with your health goals, and really help to fine-tune your herbal formulas and related resources. I recommend monthly follow-ups for the first 3 months of working together, and then ongoing quarterly follow-ups.
Best for: Established client looking to deepen their herbal relationships + continue receiving supportive care

(1) Updated care plan
(1) Summary of current/revised herbal formulation recipes

My Herbal Framework
I focus primarily on anxiety and nervous system support, sleep, digestive issues, and menstrual cycle care. In a world that feels increasingly complex and overwhelming, it is my goal to help women+ feel more nourished, resourced, and able to meet the day.
I use a framework that is informed by Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Ayurveda, Western herbalism, and my personal lineage of teachers and experiences. As herbalism is my central focus, you can expect plants to be woven into everything that I recommend.
To me, herbalism means using the magic of plant medicine to bring our bodies and souls back into a state of balance and feeling good, on our own terms.
Feeling ‘good’ doesn’t mean subscribing to a toxic wellness culture that requires us to chase unrealistic standards (hello, hours of comparative scrolling!) in order to feel happy and healthy. Feeling good can mean having a little extra energy to play with our loved ones, get a restful night’s sleep, and being able to access small moments of daily joy - all things that herbs can help with!
I believe in slow medicine as a counter-culture approach to the fast-paced, one-size-fits-all environment that most of us have been exposed to. I believe in listening deeply: to my clients, to my own inner voice, to the natural world, and to the rhythms swirling in and around us. I believe that herbs can make a difference.
