In the dispensary you can:

  • Order high-quality supplements at 10% off standard retail pricing w/ free shipping on orders over $50

  • Get set up with auto-refill so you don’t have to worry about ordering every month

  • View your supplement plan from Phoebe

With these payment models you can:

  • Access Tier 1 pricing via sliding-scale (lowest cost)

  • Access Tier 2 pricing via sliding-scale (middle cost)

  • Support others via Pay It Forward pricing (highest cost, additional funds go towards expanding access for low-income members of our community)

Your Herbal Formulas

How to fill an initial formula: Sprout clients

If you recently completed a Sprout session, we ask that you please take care of filling your own formulas. You can easily do this through one of our partner apothecaries, Mxed Greens. Simply scroll to the section on their Compounding Apothecary page and click on the form under ‘How to Order: For Clients.’ (See sample pages at the bottom of this page for reference if need be). You are also welcome to fill your formulas from any other apothecary you may already have a connection to.

Please note:

Mxed Greens is a sliding-scale apothecary, and you must be responsive via email in order to communicate with them regarding payment + shipping. They accept payment via Paypal + venmo. Read more about their sliding-scale policies here.

How to request a formula refill: Blossom + Tend clients

If you are an active Blossom or Tend client, good news! We are happy to refill your formulas for you.

Your options:

  1. Auto-refill: To set up auto-refill, simply message Phoebe through your Practice Better client portal with the following information: which formulas you would like refilled on a monthly basis, and which apothecary you would like to use. Your refill requests will be sent in on the first Monday of every month and can be cancelled anytime by messaging Phoebe.

  2. As needed: Please message Phoebe through your Practice Better portal 7-10 days before you think you will run out of your formulas with the following information: (1) Which formula/s you would like refilled, and (2) which apothecary you would like to order from.

  3. Fill your own: As always, you are welcome to skip the line and refill your own formulas - it’s easy and saves on some communication time.

Apothecary options: Mxed Greens for accessing sliding-scale, Railyard Apothecary for typically faster filling + shipping times, but without sliding-scale pricing.

Please note: Phoebe does not make any additional commission on your purchase of these formulas. We offer this as a complimentary service to thank you for being an amazing client!

How to order bulk herbs + specialty tea blends: Ludlow, Vermont Locals

This is a small community offering we have in place for anyone local to Ludlow, VT interested in sourcing bulk herbs from organic farms based primarily in New England. You do not need to complete a consultation prior to ordering from us.

How it works:

  1. Check out this document to see what bulk herbs we currently have in stock.

  2. Place an order using this form. You will be emailed an invoice that needs to be paid in full before the order is filled.

  3. You will receive an email when your order is ready with local pick-up instructions (South Hill, Ludlow VT). At this time, we do not offer shipping.

  4. Enjoy your herbs + fill out the form again when you need a refill!

  • Please message Phoebe directly through your Practice Better client portal linked above. If you are a new or prospective client, please use the contact form linked on this website.

  • If you are a Sprout client, you are in charge of filling your own formulas. If you are a Blossom or Tend client, please message Phoebe through your Practice Better client portal (or fill your own formulas as desired). If you are requesting a tea blend directly from Phoebe for local pick-up in Ludlow, VT, please use this form (click here).

  • You will receive an email saying that Phoebe has shared a document with you through the Practice Better client portal. Click on the link in the email to view the document, or just sign into your client portal directly.

  • For services cancelled under 24hrs. notice, the client must pay 25% of their service fee.

  • If you see a virtual workshop that you would like to sign up for and you qualify for a discount (Blossom + Tend clients), message Phoebe and she will send you the applicable discount code for you to use during sign-up.

  • Phoebe’s office hours are Mondays from 3-5pm and Wednesdays from 9am-12pm, so you can typically expect a response within that window. She sees clients virtually primarily on Thursdays.

  • YES, PLEASE. Play with herbal tarot, grow some sprouts in a mason jar, shop at local apothecaries, sit in silence with plants and listen to what they might have to share with you, sip tea, play with tinctures, make a salve for your friends, draw plants, start a small plot at a community garden dedicated to growing herbs…the list is endless!
